Sharp pain in throat when swallowing

A couple of hours ago I had some hard chick peas to eat.
While eating my dinner afterwards , every now and then I get a sharp pain in my throat when swallowing.
Really scared this is something serious. Has anyone had this .
So worried...

Sounds like you’ve just scratched your throat a little or something similar. Certainly doesn’t sound like anything sinister at all.

I think pretty much all people have had this, I know everyone in my household has (4 adults)
