I am worried sick...….suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and taken Seroxat for 20 years...…...I am 45...…...about 8 years ago my daughter was ill and her sats were low and they took mine as well and said some people just have low (we were both 92/93)……...last year I was really stressed and went to gp and my sats were 88 I had xray which was clear and didn't give it much thought...…..but .then I got a new phone with a sat reader and it reads average 93 BUT when I lay down it drops to 80...….went to gp today and it was 93 but told about him about laying down so got bloods.....specialist and xray……….now I am scared stiff to sleep as think i'm going to die of heart failure in my sleep after googling it.... :( :( I am always taking deep breathes which I thought was because I'm anxious ……….anyone else had this and is ok?? xx

Your sats havent changed in eight years when measured with the appropriate medical oximeter.

I know phones are amazing these days and claim to be able to do everything, but I'm very dubious that a mobile phone can record (accurately) your o2 saturations.

I'm not sure what else to say, other than, your sats haven't changed in eight years... If it was anything sinister causing this eight years ago, I don't think you would be writing this now...

Good luck!
