Neck pain or meningitis

Hi all. Yesterday morning I woke with very bad neck pain on one side. It only hurt when I turned my head in a certain direction but also caused a headache. I layer on a heating pain to try and get it to go away. Today it’s even worse. It does hurt to look down. I don’t have a fever and don’t seem sensitive to light. What do I do? I don’t want to go down the road of menegitis thoughts :(
