Does anyone know if a MRI/CT scan without contrast would show up a brain aneurysm? I had both 3 years ago that were clear but I am convinced there is something wrong in my head. I have constant tinnitus which just feeds my anxiety, constant neck pain and headaches. I know unruptured brain aneurysm dont often have any symptoms but I just cant get it out of my head.

Sounds more like anxiety making you hyper-focus on symptoms... All of which are classic for anxiety, including the tinnitus

Yes CT would show for sure. That's why they use it in the ER. Hope you feel better!
