Hello all,
Pretty sure I'm in the same boat as most of you, but ever since the winter my Anxiety has been all over the place!
For the most part, I have been able to brush most of these fears off, however this one cannot be ignored or dismissed.
Yesterday, I woke up with a tender feeling under my right ribs, felt mainly muscular and thought nothing of it.
Later on, the pesky anxious side of me told me to inspect the area, which is very tender to touch but also there appears to be a lump there, quite hard and immovable.
I tried to block it out all last night, somewhat successfully, but so far this morning I've had about 3 panic attacks.
I'm obsessed that I'm going to have a bad Christmas this year, it seems like everything has gone wrong so far.
