It's taken over a year to get back to a reasonable level of feeling myself since my last health scare but now I'm back to worrying again.
Three months ago I started to get this feeling of discomfort in my right breast that sometimes came on under my armpit as well. It's not in one place in my breast but has occurred in several places - nipple, main breast area, armit, my back area immediately near my breast. It comes and goes and has gotten less since it started in October, however, I am really scared that this is not normal and is not related to menstrual cycle. I don't think I can feel any lumps but then as the worry has gotten worse I have stopped checking as I'm petrified of finding something.
I'm 41 and the earliest appointment I can get to see a female doctor is 11 January so cue additional weeks of worry.
