Blocked ear but ear is fine!!

So my right ear feels blocked,like someone's got a finger in that ear,it's horrible n keeps feeling full!!
But Dr doesn't see anything wrong with it(different Dr saw it bulging yesterday)
I am going frantic!! Ears are my "Achilles heel" I can't cope with anything being wrong with them😭😭😭😭
I can open my eustachian tube fine and pop thembut it's still got this awful feeling.All I can do is sit quiet😭😭

I don’t even know what a eustachian is, but if your doctor has looked and says it’s fine then it must be? Have you had a cold at all?

I get this and steam my ear to open it up. Helps every time!

I get this at certain times of year, usually around the season changes. I can empathise as it’s certainly uncomfortable, if the doctor can see nothing wrong that’s in need of treatment that’s a good thing! It means that this will be temporary and fleeting as long as you let it be that, relax - maybe in a nice hot bath for a little while and maybe read a book. See how things are after some steam and relaxing, often that sorts things for me.
