for the past few days, the back of my head is pulsating, in rhythm with my heart beat. I can feel it so loudly. Is this something i need to get checked out? It's on and off throughout the day. I've had a stiff neck and back for a few days, so i thought it was just a twitchy muscle spasm, but i don't think that's what it is. i think it's my pulse. Should i be worried?
