Weird pressure in rectal area

Please tell me this is not worth worrying over. I’ve been feeling some odd pressure/dull aches/sensations every now and again in my inner rectal area (not near the opening but further inside). It’s not constant and I’m not in immense pain but it’s happened a few times these past few days where I started getting g triggered. Has anyone experienced this?

I did have a baby in June and am pretty sure I have some sort of tear that comes and goes on the opening but I didn’t know if internal hems cause this sort of feeling? I thought you couldn’t feel them. And would it be deeper in?

Yes you can feel them - get a doc to check if you are worried
