Aches and pains

Hi all hope you are enjoying christmas more than me at this time.

As you may see from previous posts im out of my mind with stress at this time suddenly having aches in joint mainly right elbow and wrists buttock muscles also am i calming down and the pains are lapsing muscles or am i ill anyone else get this?
