Cut elbow with small glass flake

Hi there. Happy Christmas and Happy New Year

So basically I was relaxing on my sofa and felt a sting on my arm and noticed I had cut myself on the smallest sliver of glass ever. It bled but I washed it with hot water and applied the plaster. But I am worried the glass might be in there- my friend said she didn't see anything but it was that small. I am now panicking in case it gets infected and serious complications develop.

I thought this would be a good end to the year but something has just had to happen to cause anxiety!?

What Nicola said, just watch it. Even if it is there and gets infected, it will be developing slowly. You will have time to get it treated. But it's probably not even there.
