is trazodone effective for anxiety?

how is it for severe anxiety / panic? and how is it compared to Valium and zyprexa ?? stronger or weaker

I see that know one has responded to you? I just started 25MG of trazadone last night for insomonia due to anxiety. I looked at webmd and it approved to treat depression, anxiety and insomnia. I'm a little scared about the potential of cardiac problems. Did you read the insert that came with it? I have health anxiety, so every med scares me!
