well i was pretty much anxiety free apart from a couple of episodes for 10 years.
i messed it all up, by taking valium on top of my effexor for stress
i went off the valium which was a low dose about 5mg to 2mg a day to get healthier, on december 18th, i weaned off 2 mg over 2 weeks.
my anxiety went bat shit, every morning since december 27th i have been crippled, no rest bite at all. i tryed to allow the witdrawals to run their coarse, but went to the doc yesterday.
went back to the doc got back on the valium, to stable then he will wean me off properly so this is the morning after, feeling very lost, slightly on edge, i was able to take to bed with the valium yesterday which i was'nt able to do,
really hoping the valium kick back in and make me stable so i can think straight about getting off properly
very scarey time.
