Had this for quite a while now but starting to freak about it. Whenever my body warms up from whatever or I start to sweat, I get a tingling, itchy, prickly, sensation over my back and some on my arms. Nearly all I can pinpoint to a site of acne. Does anyone else get this?

Yes this is very common and nothing to worry about, my partner gets this a lot in hot weather.
