What a happy post, Baggs! I don't know your story, but I know from personal experience what it's like to hit rock bottom, but also what it's like to be able to do these 'easy' things which your silly brain previously told you you couldn't do.

Onwards and upwards, though of course you might have the odd blip still, that's to be expected, so don't be disheartened.
