This may sound ridiculous. But I need a little input. The last few days I have been suffering from upper to middle back pain.
Most likely attributed to my posture because I have been slouching and playing guitar. I slouch when I jam.
Also, the last few days I switched shoes because they are thicker and warmer in this cold weather however they are too big and rather heavy.
I imagine the likelihood of a spinal tumor vs muscular because of the mentioned above I shouldn't even worry. Right? Lol
