Good day bad day its still sunday

So for me today as a whole has been ok few niggles but im still alive and getting through nice cooked meal at the parents and over all pretty good. How is youre day good or bad?

Tough. Working from home due to screaming panic attack in office a month ago. A reaction to too much noise in office. Got a couple of hernias, and neighbours starting their loft and kitchen extension next Monday. Not sure how I'll cope.
