Hey guys.........Im in a pickle and need some advice please

I have been battling with anxiety for over 10 years now.....Im getting to a recovery state now after 3 years in therapy:)

i have no real hobbies mainly just internet and TV....I need to get out more....but I have no real friends....and I need some....

I chat to few guys on msn but they live in the states...i need to find some friends in the UK....maybe in Birmingham....

has anyone got any ideas that would help me with my quest for friendship......

Im a pretty normal guy who is married...and got a job...

I suffer with social anxiety......and have problems making a good first impression

Hi Celo

I joined a local walking group, that helped me make new friends, maybe you could call in your local library the should have lists of local events/group activities in your area.

Im pleased to hear you are recovering too hun, thats just great !:)
