weird dropping sensation

Has anyone ever had this feeling like the floor just dropped or that your body is bouncing up and down? Scares the living heck out of me

I feel this often, usually causes an adrenaline rush which causes more anxiety, which then makes me feel like I could pass out. Amazing what our bodies can do.
