was just wondering if anyone can help and advise me please. joined this wonderful site many many years back and had so much help. always had health anxiety, am 64 years old now with 12 wonderful grandchildren. every now and again I get a massive nosebleed, maybe twice a year I can and have coped with absolutely anything/everything thrown at me but this is the only thing that resorts me to a full blown panic. I have now decided, yet again, be easier to stay at home, just in case, I do pop shops, taking flannels, towels etc. discreetly of course - and of course visit kids but too frightened to commit to anything for a long time? how can I break this awful fear I am other wise very healthy and no one knows about any of this. am so sorry to go on so much need re assuring I think
