Hi all. Happy New Year. I feel so silly already but sometimes I get myself into such a stressful state I can’t sleep. Ive been having this persistent ear ache and sore throat for some time now. I went to my GP who I often ask if I’m dying on a regular basis. He said my nose looked inflammed but said i wasnt dying just yet. I do have a history of allergic rhinitis although this only started in my late twenties as did hayfever. If you ask uncle google he tells you clearly you have Cancer.
My GP said if the nasal spray doesn’t help come back i will refer you to ENT. Can GPs tell? i am booked to go back. Did not use the nasal spray as much as I should have but my ear and throat pain persists. Can anyone say anything that may help me. Have any of you had similar ear or throat issues that were allergy related? Im 38 female have smoked in past. So weak and feel so embarrassed for even writing this
