Swollen lymph nodes for 6 years?! Could it be cancer?!

I know it sounds crazy but that's what HA is like!! I've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck and groin for 6 years they've never got any bigger or smaller and they're all mobile and can hurt if I have a cold or infection. Recently my anxiety is through the roof and I'm getting a whole host of symptoms(dizziness, shortness of breath and shaking) and I just keep thinking it's lymphoma finally getting me Ill!!

I have them in the groin because I am thin, I had virus about 7 years ago and they never went down but never grew, if they mobile that tends to be a good sign
