Cannot sneeze

Back down the hypochondria drain. I was sick last week with some virus, got over it pretty quick. Now, the past 2 days I am unable to sneeze. I feel a sneeze come on in my nose (the tickle) and it just disappears before I'm able to "ACHOO".

Of course me being me, I get terrified that something is terribly wrong like a tumor or brain issue.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Perfectly normal for the urge to sneeze to disappear half way through that sneeze feeling
