SO the past month or so, I have had twitching and buzzing sensations all over different places in my body. Eyelids (both), Right thumb, Right middle back that feels like a baby kicking, Left thigh, both feet buzz constantly, Ab muscles will twitch randomly all over the place and random other places. I get hot flash feelings on my scalp and feelings like something is crawling under my left hand by my thumb. My ears plug up and get a full feeling. I've also had joint pains and sore muscles. I am exhausted and wake up having panic attacks for no reason in the middle of the night now too. So I'm pretty sure this all chalks up to anxiety. It's been an unusually stressful past few months. BUT, I've had this weird thing happen 3 separate times. When straining during a BM, I've gotten sharp pins and needles feeling across my pec muscles. Right above my breasts and below my collar bones. It's so weird!!! Once my chest area stayed a bit sore for a while after too. Like a mild burning sensation.
What the heck is this??? Anyone else have this happen?
