I got some blood test results. When the doctor told me about it, he said it's normal.
I can access them online, I l looked and I'm freaking out. My gfr went from 117 last year to 98 and my A:G ratio is 1.00, the test says the range should be over that . It was at 1.00 last year too. I'm terrified I'm in the beginning stages of kidney disease and the doctor is ignoring it...
Everything else is normal. I wouldn't worry if it dropped only a few points but 117 to 98 within a year feels like too much. I'm on metformin for pcos and hope it's not that. I know it is technically still in normal range but I wonder why such a big drop. I worry it will keep dropping.
