Update

yesterday went brilliantly. I had a wonderful day out, my friend was fab and understanding i don't give him enough credit. only hiccup was in the evening we went out for a meal and our food was late it took us 3 hours to complete the meal and i even went up to the bar to complain. hubby said he was very proud of me. to be honest i am quite chuffed with myself as well. i dont think my problems are over but i think it might be getting easier i just need to take it calm and quiet. my new phrase.
