Back again ...

Was traveling through Europe for 5 weeks and almost no palpitations at all. Maybe one short one every other day.


Then came home (much less stressful to be home than running around Europe, catching flights, trains etc) - and BAM - suddenly have palps all over the place. Maybe 7 - 20x each day.


So disheartening and frustrating...

Just take my xanax and try to sleep as much as I can..

I know what you mean.

Like I had 100 skipped beats while having a shower before going to the dentist. Then I had 1 skipped beat at the dentist. That the most stressful time has far less makes no sense, but there we go. :shrug:
