My list of symptoms try to put my mind to rest

Ok so final addition below are my list of symptoms can all this be in my head.

Crawling hair on head not scalp just hair
Crawling body hair to the point i can feel my hairs move
Itching skin all over worse at night
Itchy/prickly feel in anus area
Pin pricks randomly all over
Rash on chest and back
A burn sort of wet feel on skin and some times in eye

I understand its a list but can all this be in my mind i have a rash as above this is red raised spots that can have pus in them then they turn red
