Dizziness when standing

I made the mistake of googling my symptoms earlier and now I'm nervous about my health.



Every once in awhile when I stand up, I get really dizzy and almost feel like passing out. My vision gets dark but then I come out of it. I heard it happens from standing up too fast and from low blood pressure but I'm nervous. I've also been really tired lately and want to doze off most times.



I've been trying to get regular sleep every night and I used to exercise alot before my recent panic episodes. I'm fairly fit, young but I'm scared I might have something.

Why not see the doctor and get blood pressure checked and maybe some blood tests to check for anemia etc

Can't speak for everyone else, but it definitely happens to me. 13 or so years ago, I stood up quickly after playing with some younger kids. Vision went completely white for about five seconds, and slowly faded back in. These days, I just get what's described in this post. But it can be pretty bad sometimes.
