Anxiety and taking medication

I have been prescribed antibiotics I have had two but I’m
So nervous every time I take them any one else get like this :(

Yep ! Terribly , awfully so. I am absolutely terrified of medicines, all of them, even simple painkillers. I dread being prescribed anything, but luckily that hardly ever happens. I had antibiotics for a uti a couple of years ago (first time in a decade or so) and I was besides myself every single dose. I don't know what the answer is to this, but just saying you aren't alone. I think you've done really well to take two and that for me, the first one, was always the hardest part. My medication fear is my one big remaining problem in terms of anxiety and it reared its head big-time when I needed surgery and treament a few years ago. :blush:
