Hi all,
My anxiety has bern much better recently and i thought yay im over it. But today, im off to Amsterdam for weekend. And yep, im anxious!! I seem to have 'anticipatory anxiety'. I worry about things ahead of the event and anticipate thoughts !!
I need this little break as just had some college deadlines and a exam etc so i booked a little break.
This morning i'm all jittery, can't eat, dreading the flight, could easily not go to be honest.
Any little tips for getting through flights and journeys and weekends away gratefully received today!!
