Anxiety worse when tired?

Anyone get really bad anxiety when they're really tired? I've just started getting super intense anxiety for no reason ..... I hardly slept last night so thinking this might be the reason? Thanks in advance

I very much think you answered your own question there.
In response though, definitely! Today has been a prime example of that. It was really difficult to drink let alone eat and I’ve been on the edge of a huge attack all day.
