Ecoli cheeseburger

Based on the fact that Ive posted 3x tonight shows my anxiety is ticking up. Ate at Five Guys today. A greasy cheeseburger and it was a delicious but regretful choice. This evening my stomach is really giving me some trouble. I feel very gripy and nauseated. My husband made dinner but I could only get down a little white rice.

So now I think I’m getting food poisoning the deadly E.coli type from the cheeseburger!! If the runs start soon then I will really be in a state of panic UGH.
