I have had sinus issues for years,and seeing as I have had anxiety since my way 20's (I'm now 30) then I guess that's pretty much most of my previous years affected by anxiety.
Anyway I tend to get symptoms such as stuffy nose and congestion in ears occasionally. I have never been diagnosed for any sinus issues, but then again I've never been doctors about it.
Anyway, just curious if any members here have experienced similar.
