New car /same as anxiety?

So i have just been told possibly the best analogy of health anxiety i have heard so far!

Have you ever bought a car perhaps not the model but coulour and really liked that partucular car because you think its different (not seen many on the road ) then suddenly you notice lots of the same colour or model .

Put this to anxiety the more you look the more you notice.

That's actually a great analogy. I've been relatively anxious lately (about the same old, brain tumour) and as usual, I'm noticing it everywhere.

Today in work I heard a colleague say "glioblastoma" and a chill ran down my spine.

However, my anxiety is a LOT better than it used to be!

That is a great analogy. It's so true. Once an anxious person sees something it can't be unseen and then it's everywhere!
