Hi guys,
Long time no post. Had a very classic and severe BPPV attack yesterday (spinning when rolling over, nystagmus, etc). Today the vertigo is slightly better -- still spinning but not as severely, nystagmus can be suppressed etc. But still very woozy upon sitting up/standing, almost a motion sickness kind of feeling. Not nice.
I've got very busy work and I don't want to try Epley maneuvre at home without being seen by a GP first. But obviously the wait is long.
Doctor told me BPPV could be self-limited. I want to ask if anyone has similar experiences, and if yes, has anyone's BPPV went away by itself? How long did it take? Is it normal to feel woozy and car sick-like in the meantime?
Many thanks in advance!
