hi i have been taking citalopram for about 1 year 20 mg and it was ok i came off it for about 6 weeks then started to feel bad again as my muscles started twitching and i got worried sick again. so i am back on 40 mg and the twitching is still there and i feel slow and like i am walking oddly i also feel like my head and neck are stiff. does anyone have any of the side effects as i need some reassurance. this is all i think about all day and i feel like my life is wasting away.
