Congestion head pounding

I had a bad cold the weekend and now it's all congestion in my anus and head however as I lay here I can 'hear/feel' it pounding. Is this normal?

ps, you just have a cold, with probabaly a touch of sinusitis.... it will clear up if you give it time.... hope it goes for you soon, colds aren't much fun.

That typo did make me chuckle, sorry [emoji38]. Yes it’s normal, it’s just all the stuffiness muffling. Drink plenty of fluids, have some steamy showers or baths, feel better soon.

Haha you made me so laugh. I’ve had congestion for 3 weeks pulsating in my head for that long and weak legs thank god my anus is anxiety free haha
