I am currently not in a good place with my anxiety after having a good year .
I have a number of worries just now with my kids and family . My aunt also has terminal cancer and that has been a trigger for sure . She probably has days left
Anyway at the moment one of my worries is this feeling in upper right buttock . I fell on the ice on Monday into my tail bone and buttocks . My tail bone has been sore since but it not that I worried about . Since yesterday am I get a kinda numb feeling in upper left buttock like you been sitting on it too long or someone pinching it . I saw a physio yesterday and she thought it was just tight muscles or trigger point from fall
However I never felt this when first fell or first days and it just feels strange
Anyone know what it might be or help at all. It so strange feeling I worrying it start of ms etc .
I 46 nearly 47 so should know better not to overthink .
