Hi, I've decided to join this forum as i have really bad anxiety. For the life of me i have no idea whats caused it either. I have headaches which make my head feel heavy, i go a little bit dizzy, it sometimes feels like my heart skips a beat every now and then, just a constant dreaded feeling. Just wondering if anyone else has similar symptoms?

There are a whole host of anxiety related symptoms, I’m sure someone will be able to link you to on this site. If not a little reading around of the stickies will bring it up.

I’ve had what you describe here and plenty more.
