Hi everyone
I joined up to this forum as I've been suffering from panic attacks for about 15 years now, and I think have learned to live with them (if I think otherwise, I might start to panic!)I hope to contribute advice that has helped me, and I think it's important to keep a positive attitude and a sense of humour about the affliction. Things are going good for me at the moment, but of course, acknowledging this brings an amount of guilt and underlying panic with it. When will my silver lining gain a cloud? Things going well? In that case, here, have some anxiety to worry about! Anyway, I hope to post more messages, but need to break off to play my young son at The Simpson's Monopoly. Hopefully this time I'll be able to buy Moe's Bar and have an imaginary beer to soothe my nerves....
