I'm new on here

Hi, I have read posts on this site for quite some time and found them helpful. I decided to join. I am a 75 year old woman and have suffered with anxiety since I was a teenager. Many different symptoms over the years. I also hope perhaps I can help some others as I have a lot of experience, but need help myself as soon as I get a 'new' symptom.
