i have had anxiety for years but since december ive been getting really bad. i lost my pony in november who i had had for 24 yrs and then gave the one on loan to someone else. since then i cant stop getting nervous. straight ater the pony i had a tummy bug for months but doc couldnt find anything wrong now thats gone i just dont seem to be able to cope. i am at work but only do 2 hours aday but the mornings i wake up really nervous and sometiimes it goes off during the day. i have been going out and doing quite well over the last few days. but todaywas going stay at my sister but paniced that i may not want to go home in the morning as i live on my own and when she stayed with me last time i would let her go home. i just dont know what to do. i dotn take meds as dont get on with them
