i have been using this site for years when I am in a crisis but have never posted before.
I have very recently switched from sertraline to escitalopram and have been hit massively with firstly anxiety and now depression.
As I have been ill for so long it seems like no one cares how I feel, it’s just another bout of depression. Over the last 8 years I have had approximately 10-12 episodes of anxiety that turns in to depression. I just want to be who I used to be and am looking for any advice to help. I have obviously tried SSRI and diazepam don’t seem to touch my anxiety.
Any books or websites that kick you back in to gear and stop it returning would be appreciated.
