Ive heard you can buy it in Tesco's etc anyone heard of it? or can shed some light on it?

Metatone is a vitamin tonic for after you have had an illness, or your really low and I got mine from Tesco.

Metatone is the best tonic. You can get it from most Supermarkets, Superdrug and Boots. Hope it helps you.
