I suffer from sciatica down my left leg. I work as a chef so stand for almost 9 hours a day. I have flare ups every now and again. Sometimes when my anxiety is at its peak. But today I've been having horrendous hip pain on my left side. But it's not travelling down my leg like my usual sciatica. Could this still be a back muscle issue or actually still my sciatica.
Googling it was a bad idea as I've now got spinal cancer. And I just cant shift it.
