Rib pain on the left after eating please help!

I'm having rib pain/twinges to the left of my ribs in the centre of them at the front after eating - not under the ribs - and I'm so worried cos I can't find any info anywhere! I also get trapped wind too and burping.
I suffer from panic attacks and health anxiety and I'm terrified I've got something wrong with my pancreas! Does anybody else get this?

Hi Stringbean. What your feeling is acid reflux. I get it all tge time. I too have health anxiety and going thru myself right now. Antacids helps.
