Bloated with stomach movement/sensations

I have been so anxious lately and over the past few days been really bloated. I have been having flutterings, twitches, rollings in my tummy both upper and lower. I am so worried it is a sign of something bad. Does anyone else get these strange movements when bloated? Googling has given me some really bad results :(

Yes! The movements are gas bubbles shifting position. It’s normal, which is why when you are pregnant they tell you the baby’s first movements feel like “gas bubbles”
