how long does it take to get sick from mince? scared

So tonight i have homemade burgers, and once i got to the end i notice pink thought it. i cook it for like 20mins on low heat so it will def be bad
know im freaking out, and it said it can take up to 8 days to get sick, so im going to worry all week
i just started a new job and i cant afford time off, and i had plans this week. im so pissed off. i wish i checked it before i ate it.

Yeah, in various european countries that is beautifully cooked! You should see the raw beef things my other half eats. Its far more likely that if you were going to get sick it would be in a short time-frame, and as time goes on the less likely it becomes.

I think I answered a question like this before - I was in Spain for a holiday last July, and every time I got a burger out there, there was pink in the middle. (Another reason drinking too much is bad - you'll eat anything!)

I never got sick from it. You'll likely be fine and can move on from this!
