Pain under chin when swallowing and turning head

Hi all, my recent worry after being pretty free of health anxiety is the past week I've had a pain in my neck under my chin when I swallow and it doesnt feel like a sore throat it feels strange.

I've already booked a gp app but wondering for my sanity in the mean time if anyone has had similar? Of course my mind goes straight to cancer.
